Exchange Policy
No Refunds. Exchange only within 7 days of purchase, unworn, tags attached, with original receipt. Exchange by email approval only, no walk-in shopping at this time.
Underwear, hosiery, bra accessories, erotic wear, exercise bottoms, shape wear and sale items are final sale.
Credit notes are valid for three years. Credit notes cannot be used towards an appointment deposit. No expiry date on Gift Cards but are only valid if shop is still in business. For questions outside this policy, please email fit@sfys.com
Shipping
We ship our mail with Canada Post. All packages are sent with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages in transit. All items can be tracked within 90 days of posting. Please email fit@sfys.com if you have not received your package or are concerned about its status.
